The Launch and Drive In were well attended in spite of weather.We auctioned a superb Hamper which was drawn on 6th April and raised a goodly sum!-won by Bob Smith -who kindly donated a bottle of whisky to the Dinner & Dance raffle.

The Centenary Auction -was well supported and the nice tables and seats outside the clubhouse bought from the proceeds.

Centenary Golf Day-which went really well -a very sociable occasion-good golf, good weather and good scores.

We now have a new Tynedale Flagpole and Flag erected outside the clubhouse ,thanks to Brian Milton. The new outside seating has been very well used during the season, paid for by proceeds from the Auction that Nora organised.

The Tuesday League: is going well, and is nearing the finals

Now we are leading up to the Centenary Dinner & Dance (over 90 attending) along with the Mayor of Hexham, the Captain of the NUGC and the Lady Captain of NLCG as our guests.
Peter Hawkins will be piping all the guests on the scottish pipes as well as being MC!!!

The next golf event is on Saturday 30th August. Brendan and Yvonne are organising another Nine Hole Competition for members and invited guests -to be followed by Robbie’s delicious Carvery supper.
